On-going bookkeeping
For when you want to hire it out but you don’t want to work with just anyone.
welcome to working with a fellow weirdo.
Here’s to:
A partner on your team whose only priority is your business’s financial health.
1.
A weight off your shoulders knowing your books are always in order, accurate, and well organized. And all this without you having to set foot in any accounting software.
2.
A pain-free-as-possible tax time come April. Because if your books are already in order, taxes are almost a breeze. (Seriously.)
3.
All the raw data you need in order to make strategic financial decisions for your business.
4.
On-going bookkeeping includes:
Monthly categorization of all transactions
Bank, credit card, and payment processor reconciliation
Profit and Loss reports emailed to you by the 15th of each month
30-minute meeting each month so I can answer questions you might have, discuss cash flow, anything that you want to bring to the table.
Investment: Starting at $250/month
(Most clients pay between $250 and $350/month. The final price depends on the overall complexity of your books, including the number of transactions, accounts, payment processors, income streams, etc.)
Step One: Schedule a free, no-obligation time to chat by clicking the “Schedule an Appointment” button below.

Praise
“I was chatting with my friends the other day about how scary and stressful money stuff feels, and how we're all just a li’l bit traumatized from old white dudes in suits making us feel like absolute children while working with us on our finances. You make it feel empowering. You make us feel smart. Sit with your magic, friend. It's VIBRANT.”
