How to Invite Your Bookkeeper into Your Quickbooks Account

It’s really easy to invite your bookkeeper or accountant as a user in your Quickbooks account. Here’s how:

Log into your Quickbooks Online account through the website.

Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner.

Select “Manage Users”

Click “Accounting Firms”, then “Invite”.

From there, type in the bookkeeper or accountant’s first name, last name, and email address. (If you’re inviting me (yay!), use the email address stephanie {at} witchesandweirdos.co). Then click the green Save button, down in the lower right corner.
